Welcome to WillieMac Beach Resort! By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of our website, reservations, and services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Bookings and Payments

Full payment or deposit may be required to confirm a booking.
All bills must be settled upon check-in.
Cancellations or changes to reservations must be made at least 1 month in advance to avoid charges.
Early check-ins and late check-outs may be arranged in advance, subject to availability and additional charges.

4. Resort Policies

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-In Time: 6:30AM (daytour) | 3:30PM (overnight) | 24 hours (anytime upon arrival)
Check-Out Time: 4:30PM (daytour) | 1:30PM (overnight) | 24 hours (same with arrival)
Please respect check-in & check-out policies.

General Policies

Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 11:00 PM onwards. Sound system curfew is at 10PM.

Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rooms. Designated smoking areas are provided.

Pets: Small pets are allowed under the following conditions:

Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
Pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds and sofas.
Pets must be leashed or caged in common areas.

Any damages caused by pets will be charged to the guest’s account.

Guests: Only registered guests are allowed in rooms and facilities. Unregistered guests are not permitted.

Behavior: Respect other guests, staff, and property. Unruly behavior, excessive noise, or damage will result in immediate removal without a refund.

Cooking: Cooking inside the rooms is strictly prohibited, including the use of portable stoves and other cooking appliances. Guests may use designated cooking or barbecue areas within the resort.

Security and Safety

Keep doors and windows locked when leaving your room or during nighttime. The resort is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Swimming pools and recreational areas are to be used at guests' own risk. Please follow safety signage and staff instructions.
Proper swimwear is required. Running, diving, or rough play in the pool areas is not permitted. Pool hours are from 7:30AM - 10:00PM.
Open flames, including candles, fireworks, and grills, are not allowed inside rooms or on balconies.
Children under 10 years old must be supervised by an adult at all times, especially in the pool and playground areas.

Use of Facilities

Please treat all facilities, furniture, and equipment with care. Damaged or missing items will be charged to the guest’s account.
Food and beverages are not allowed in pool areas to maintain cleanliness and safety.

5. Liability Disclaimer

We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our website or resort services beyond applicable legal limits

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Philippines.
